Friends….

We are now in this seemingly real disaster movie. Where it’s headed and what may or may not happen is conjecture. The facts are, older and infirm people are the first victims. After that it’s hard to ascertain. I hear there are people in their twenties in difficulty on wards. This Govt isn’t entirely forthcoming. 
Governments invariably ’manage’ situations and their populations in any disaster. They ‘manage’ or mismanage the information. If we stand back and deal only with the evidence and not the rhetoric, then, a part of the population is targeted by the disease. But contrary to what Boris Johnson states, there is no model or scientific formula for how the disease will operate. This virus is brand new. There are no graphs. 
To personalise it, my mother & father are long dead, but someone extremely close to me is Diabetes 1. 
Worried yes, so far so good, but I can absolutely appreciate the fear going round. It’s very real unfortunately. 
I imagine you, may well have older relatives and family members with pre existing conditions and you too are worried. We endeavour to brave face it all, and hope now, for better times. For All of us. 

On the music front, Sam and myself have recorded a new album of akoustik and cello music, ‘Cello Suites (Tre)’. 
It’s being mixed at the moment, and information about it's release and a live aKoustiK stream show will soon be available. Something for us all to look forward to I think/hope.

You never know when social media sites may let us all down or even disappear altogether ...

Live wise, both Spear and Theatre of Hate have shows alongside this years ‘Westworld Weekend’ towards the end of May.....
We await further directives from the Govt. 
As it stands the Govt have not banned mass gatherings merely advised against, this may shortly change. But more than that, it would be very wrong to endanger any of us. That much, is very clear.
More information about all the above will be available very soon friends. 
It now only remains for me to wish you, your families and your friends, continuing good health in these strange days. Vigilance and perseverance.
